Doors must remain closed except for entry and exit purposes. When loading in or out, doors may NOT be propped open and left unattended at any time.

For all evening events (between the hours of 6:00PM and 10:30PM), 1-2 off-duty Dallas Police Officers or Security Officers will be required. We simply want to protect you, us, and the building and to limit liability for everyone involved. The officers do not have to be inside the venue and can monitor from the outside if preferred.

We can book security for a flat rate fee of $20-50 per hour, per officer, depending on the size and scope of your event. Otherwise we will need the proper documentation from you at least 5 business days prior to your booked date.

We monitor Place at Tyler with several security cameras to protect ourselves and our guests.
